Are you wondering what you have gotten yourself into? Concerned that you don’t know what to do? Don’t know where to start? Don’t worry…come to the
Taconic Region PTA Officers Training.
The Taconic region board is made up of current and former PTA leaders who have decided to move on to the “next level” of helping children by helping the leaders of local PTA units. We’ve been there. We know what it’s like.
Please invite all new and returning officers. We will have several workshops. We will discuss:
- Job descriptions for all PTA officers, as well as membership chairmen, so you can carry out your job successfully.
- How to start your year off right to help children effectively you don’t have to reinvent the wheel!
- What resources are available to save you time, and keep things running smoothly
- Where to get help if something goes wrong…you are not in this alone.
This year we will offer TWO officers trainings because we want everyone to have the opportunity to participate at a convenient location. You may attend either one or both events.
